Humanitarian and Compassionate applicants

You can even apply on humanitarian or compassionate grounds. This type of visa helps the compassionate applicants who may not be eligible to become permanent residents of Canada. There are many factors considered including settlement in Canada, family ties, best interest of children, and consequences of not granting the request.
